APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE i
Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A of this. license.
The change proposed corrects an error in Table 3.2-7 (" Instrumentation-
- That Initiates Recirculation Pump Trip") on Page 77 of Appendix A to the FitsPatrick. Operating License.
The trip level setting associated with the' reactor high pressure instrument is changed from * >
1120 psig" to
' f. 11_20 psig".
- The purpose of this change is to correct an error on Table 3.2-7 that was apparently' introduced in the initial issuance of the Technical Specifications (Appendix A).
.The proposed: changes to the Technical specifications are presented in
- Attachment I to this. Application.
The Safety Evaluation is included in
- Attachment II.
