The following butterfly valves, manufactured by Basics Inflow Incorporated (BIF) a unit of General Signal Corporation, West Warwicke, Rhode Island, which are used in the EssentialiAir Systlem were determined to be leaking in excess of an.cceeptable rate.

Interim. Progress All of the valves subject to the identified deficiency have been repaired either
TVA has not yet reached a conclusion on the root cause and corresponding actions required. to prevent recurrence of similar deficiencies. TVA will provide a final report apon determination of these concerns.
