Dear Mr. Martin:
In accordance with Section V, "Iglementing Procedures," of 10 cm 50, Appendix E, we are submitting one copy of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures for the Diablo Canyon Pbwer Plant Units 1 and 2 Fmergency Plan an'd one copy of the updates to the Implementing Procedares for the Corporate Faergency Response Plan. Updates for both plans are as listed in Atrach=nt 1.
Concurrently, two copies of each update are being submitted to the h = t Control Desk.
Some of the updates contain privacy / proprietary information. 'Ihis privacy / proprietary information has been brackated in accordance with NRC Generic letter 81-27 and is identified in Attachnent 2.
