The final report in accordance with 10CFR50.55(e) concerning undersized structural steel shop welds (55(e)-84-01) will be submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by September 21, 1984, rather than June 29, 1984, as previously committed.
This extension was granted via telecon between Mr. T. Loomis (Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Licensing) and Mr. S. Collins of your staff on June 21, 1984.
