' SUPPLEMENTAL REP 03 The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector
- R. Y. Crlenjak on May 6,1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN BLP 8111. This was followed by our interim reports dated June 5 and December 14,1981; June 11 and September 28, 1982; and February 16,1983, our final report dated August 3,1983 and our supple-mental report dated January 13, 1984.. Below is our second supplemental report.
As-discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on June 11, 1984, the date of June 15, 1984 for completion of corrective acticds indicated in our final report would not be met. The extended cold weather of this past
, winter prevented TVA from deenergizing the heating coils, thus the
- necessary modifications could not be performed. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by September. 17, 1984.
