On December 18,
- 1991, we transmitted proposed license amendments to Appendix A, Technical Specifications, of Facility

Operating Licenses NPF-35 and NPF-52 for Catawba Nuclear Stati.on Units 1 and 2 respectively.
The revisions were necessary due to the recent reorgani:.ation that Duke Power Company implemented.
Based on discussions with the NRC staff concerning these revisions, we are supplementing-our changes of December 18, 1991. contains a mark-up of the pages showing the proposed Technical Specification change supplen nts. contains the summary and bases of the supplemental changes.
