BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - NONCONSERVATIVE CALCULATION ME"fHOD FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION G-32 VIOLATIONS - SIXTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector D. Quick on May 28, 1982 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR WBN SWP 8208. Pelated NCR GEN CEB 8205 was also determined to be report-able under 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our interim reports dated July 2 and October 12,1982; April 12 and November 17,1983; and February 15, 1984. We expect to submit our next report by January 4,1985.

Below is our sixth interim report.

The embedded plate sample selected for use in determining the scope of the problem identified by this NCR has been analyzed by Bellefonte Design Project personnel and a review of this analysis has been completed by Civil Engineering Support Branch (CEB) personnel. CEB is now evaluating the results of this review and the need to perform further investigation. Additional information will be provided after this investigation is complete, necessary corrective actions are decided, and actions to prevent recurrence are implemented.
