BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - POTENTIALLY OVERSTRESSED EMBEDDED PLATES - SIXTH INTERIM REPORT i
The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on April 12' 1982'in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR WBN CEB 8203. Interim reports were submitted on May 18 and July 13, 1982. This deficiency was. subsequently expanded to cover Bellefonte, j
Yellow Creek, and Hartsville Nuclear Plants as NCR GEN CEB 8208. TVA then submitted interim reports dated October 14,1982, April 4,1983, and t-February 14, 198 4.
Our final report on Watts Bar was submitted on May 27, 1983 Below is our seventh interim report on Bellefonte. We expect to submit our next report on or by January.4,1985.
The embedded plate sample selected for use in determining the scope of the
'7 problem identified by this NCR has been analyzed by Bellefonte Design Project. personnel, and a review of this analysis has been completed by 1
