TVA submitted a final response on November 15, 1983 to R. C. Lewis' letter L
dated October 17, 1983, report numbers 50-438/83-24, 50-439/83-24, concerning activities at the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant which appeared to have been in violation of NRC regulations. Below is our supplemental j
response to violation 50-438/83-24-01, 50-439/83-24-01.

As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on November 28, 1983, l
the date of November 28, 1983 for completion of the revision to BLN QCP 7 2 in our final report on this matter was not met. Due to the extensive l
number of comments and subsequent rework of QCP 7 2, the QCP could not be issued on time. The QCP 7 2 revision will be completed by January 27, j
1984.
