the date of November 28, 1983 for completion of the revision to BLN QCP 7 2 in our final report on this matter was not met. Due to the extensive l number of comments and subsequent rework of QCP 7 2, the QCP could not be

, issued on time. The QCP 7 2 revision will be completed by January 27, j 1984.
