FIRST INTERIM REPORT s.
Description of Deficiency During a quality control audit, it was identified that two stiffener plates for support FF-768-6,, Mark No. 31, were installed approximately 2 inches fr'om the proper location as shown on TVA design drawing 4RA0560-X2-32 R3 The support is a seismic category I support for electrical conduit carrying safety-related gables. It is located inside the unit 1 Reactor Building.
..y Interim Progress TVA is neanalyzing the as-built. configuration for support FF-768-6, Mark TVA is also No. 31, to determine whether modifications are necessary.
