Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of our Application for Anundment to our Operating License DPR-66 to revise the Bases of the Supplementary Icak Collection and Pelease System and the Containment Purge and Exhaust System to reflect the existing Fuel Handling Accident Analysis and the new IOCA offsite dose analysis incorporated into the UFSAR.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which setforth the change in Technical Specification and its safety evaluation.
We have determined this to be a Class II change request. A check for
