Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Coupany (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for the South Carolina Public Service Authority, subnits six (6) copies of Amendment 11 to the Physical Security Plan under the provision of 10CFR50.54(p). 'Ihese changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Amendment 11 changes the definition of " Regular Biployee" to include selected Corporate Officers.
'Ihe attachment contains information which should be withheld from public disclosure as provided by 10CFR2.790.
