In accordance with Condition 2.C.23b of the Virgil C.
Summer Nuclear Station Facility Operating License, South Carolina Eleatric and Gas Company (SCE&G) hereby submits the attached report whica compares actual plant data taken during the natural circulation test program to the simulator responses as described in the T.C.
Nichols, Jr., letter to H. R. Denton, dated March 31, 1982.
By submittal of this report, SCE&G considers the requirements of License Condition 2.C.23b to be met.
