Dear Mr. Stolz:
This is in response to your letter of February 1983 (Log No. 1222) concerning Resolution of TMI Action Item II.K.3.5, " Automatic Trip of Reactor Coolant Pump" (Generic Letter 83-10).
In our letter of March 21, 1983 (Serial No. 922) Toledo Edison planned to submit our plans and schedule by July 1, 1983. This date was based on earlier expected receipt of the generic report from Babcock and Wilcox in June.
The report will be received in late July and our submittal date for plans and schedule is now August 15, 1983 for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1.
