" Carolina Power & Light Company _ (CP&L).has reviewed IE Bulletin No. 83-08 and
.has determined that no circuit breakers with undervoltage trip attachments s(UVTA),1other than the Westinghoitse Type DS 416 breakers used as reactor trip breakers'(RTB), have'been used in the safety-related systems of the Shearon
? Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP). ' Carolina Power & Light Company has no
. plans at'this time for the use of circuit breakers with UVTA, other than the
-ones used.as-RTB,.in the safety-related systems of SHNPP in the future.
Should.CP&L opt for this application, it will submit to the Staff the
~ documentation requested per IE Bulletin No. 83-08.
