Docket Nos. 50-445 and 50-446 Documents to be used in cross-examination of NRC Staff witnesses on welding This is probably a little obvious, but I thought that we should advise you that we plan to use the following documents in our cross-examination of NRC Staff witnesses on welding: we will be referring to the testimony of Henry Stiner and the testimony of Darlene Stiner, including specifically CASE Exhibit 666C (the " sanitized" back-up notes of the investigator regarding Inspection Report 81-12, Staff Exhibit 178) and CASE Exhibit 666D (Index to Analysis of Inspection
& Enforcement (I&E) Report 81-12 (Staff Exhibit 178)); and to NRC Staff Exhibit 178 (Inspection Report 81-12).
I believe all parties and the Board already have copies of these documents.
