SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE November 1991 The unit began the month in cold shutdown (Mode 5).

Reactor Coolant System heatup commenced at 1750 on November 22. The reactor was taken critical at 2130 on November 23. Parallel to the grid was delayed unti10524 the following day to troubleshoot and repair the Main Turbine thrust beanng wear detector trip device.

Power was held at 30% until 1000 on November 24 to perform Nuclear Instrument (NI) calibrations.

Power was raised to 85% (700 MWe) at 1700 and held there until 2310 to perform Ni calibrations.

VW/'o power (850 MWe) was achieved at 0205 on November 25.

.or was reduced to 90% from 1300 to 1747 on November 27 due to plant computer problems.

The unit ended the month at 100% pcmcr (860 MWe).
