B. The drywe'll floor drain c/q pump outboard isolation valve failed to close on a Group II isolation signal.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Reactor at approximately 2 % power and stable.

Main eteam isolation test initiated.

Lescription of Occurrence:

The cause for the slight change in valve closing speed. hse r.ot been-identified to date.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the solenoid valve ac:meiated ~

Corrective Action:

Proper operation of A0-2-33 will be verified following repair or replaccccnt of the associated solenoid valve.
