A. A rain steam isolation valve closing time slightly exceeded the muicum per=issib,le operatir.g time.
B. The drywe'll floor drain c/q pump outboard isolation valve failed to close on a Group II isolation signal.
Conditions Prior to Occurrence:
Reactor at approximately 2 % power and stable.
Main eteam isolation test initiated.

The cause for the slight change in valve closing speed. hse r.ot been-identified to date.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the solenoid valve ac:meiated ~

Corrective Action:
A.
16I7 A0-2-2-30A chall be adjusted, stroke tested and tired prior to reactor stort-up.
B.
Proper operation of A0-2-33 will be verified following repair or replaccccnt of the associated solenoid valve.
