Analycia of Occurrence:

Each of thece ovitches is part of a ceparate one-out-of-two-tvice ecran logic, and the defcating of any one cvitch in either logic would not haveTh defeated the safety systen logic.

All other surveilbnce tested instrumente were checked for proper valve lineup i-=cdiately. The instrrent technicians were advised of the importance af verifying preper valve line-up followins ca$> tent. - ~  ?
