Setpoint shift on RCIC Steam Line Hi Flow Isolation Switch dPIS-2-13-84 Ccaditions Prior to Occurrence:
Unit 2 at full power, ww Daccription of Occurrence During routine instrument surveillance testing..dPIS-2-13-84 was found to trip at 453 inches H20 The Technical Specification limit is < 450 inches H2O differential.
Denignation of Apparent Canae of Occurrence:
Setpoint shift within the accuracy of the instrument.
Antalysis of Occurrence:
The safety implications are minimal since the setpoint shift was very small and the companion redundant switch was tested and found to trip within the Technical Specificction limits.
Corrective Action:
The switches were adjusted and checked for proper calibration in accordance with the applicable surveillance test.
