Written notification was made to Mr. James P. O'Reilly, Office of Inspection and Enforcanent, Region 1, United States Nuclear Regulatory Ccmission on February 6, 1975. In accordance with Section 6.7 2.A of the Technical Specifications, Appendix A of DPR-hh for Unit 2 Peach Bottom Atcnic Power Station, the following report is being submitted to the Directorate of Reactor Licensing as an Abnonnal Occurrence:

_ Identification of Occurrence:
Setpoint shift on RCIC Steam Line Hi Flow Isolation Switch dPIS-2-13-8h.
Conditions Prior to Occurrence:
sT, a? N Unit 2 at full power.
gn Description of Occurrence:
During routine instrument surveillance testing, dPIS-2-13-8h was found to trip at h53 inches H 0.

Setpoint shift within the accuracy of the inattument.
Analysis of Or.currence:
The safety imolications are minirul since the setpoint shift was very small and the companion redundant switch was tested and found to trip within the Technical Specification limits.
' Corrective Action:
The switches were adjusted and checked for proper calibration in accordance with the applicable surveillance test.
Failure Data:
Similar setpoint shifts reported as Abnonnal Occurrence 50-277-7h-bl, 50-278-7h-21 and 50-277-7h-h9.
