Description of Occurrence:
During routine instrument surveillance testing, dP15-2-2-138A vao found to trip at 0.9 puid.
The Technical Specification limit is 2 paid +1.
Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
Setpoint shift.
Analynis of occurrence:
This tainor setpoint shift has minical snicty implications since it is part of a one-of-tvo-twice logic and in also redundant in the other LPCI systen.
Correc tive i.etion:
The ca= follower uns found to be unsaticfactory, repinceit, and properly alir.ned.
The nuitch was recalibrcted and checked for proper calibration per the applicable surveillance test.
