Description of Occurrenec:
It was dincovered tlut t M inboard ratin r.tean line snr.ple ir.ola t ion valve vould not Isointe when the control avitch vas placed in the close per.ition.
The outboard inolation valve war, ictr.edintcly closed.
Designation of Apparent. Caur.e of Occurrence:
Unknown at this time.
Requirco dryvc11 entry to investigate.
Analysis of Occurrence:
The other isolntion valve in thic line was verified to clor.e properly and was Icft in L t.e c lo. sed per.it ien.
