Eccouse. the contcets on thin device which provide the LPCI Uyctea initiation are-arranged in a one-out-of-two twice logie, this occurrence hr.s uinical unfuty implications.
Corrective Action:
The read s. witch vaa realigned to provido optiran uvitch pielup. The switch.was fucctionally. tanted several ticwn and checked for sorpoint using the appropriste-curve 111ance test.
