Setpoint of condenser low vacutes scran precsure switch FS-}-5-11A found to be outside the Technical Specification licit.
Conditions Prior to Occurrences Unit 3 at full pc rer.
Description of Occurrence:
During a routine inservuent surveillance test, PS-3-5-11A was found to trip at 22.4 in. Eg.
na Technical Specificatica limit la greater than or equal to 23 in.
Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
Cetpoint shift.
i t.nalysis of Occurrence:
The contacts of this device are arranged in a one-out-of-two 'twice trip Icgic.
3 The setpoint of this device, not the trip function, was unsatisfactory. All other devices ronitoring the parncerers of condenser vacuun vere tenediately tested and found t, be operational and correctly calibrated.
h-e ee of the above, this occurrence has minimal safety implications.
Correctivo Action:
The out-of-toter==ce presnure switch ves immediate.ly recalibrated to within the allovable limits of the Tech.ical Specifications and calibration checked in g
acconinnce with the applicable surveillance test.
The other three devices
