Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 3 at approximately 87% power.

Description of Occurrence:

During a routine instrument surveillance test, the setpoint of dPIS-3-14-43B was found to have shif ted outside the Technical Spec-ification limits of 5 t 1.5 psid. The swi tch was found to trip at 6.65.
