Identification.of Occurrence:
Standby Gas Treatment Systen Fan.(OBV20)s failed to "AUT0" start..
i Conditions Prior to Occurrence-Unit 2 shutdown. f Description of Occurrence:
During the performance of ST 1.3. PCIS Logie Systen Functional Test, the "B"
fan failed to " AUTO" start with.the "A"
fan in " Pull To Lock" and a reactor building ventilation isolation signal.
Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence: -
Under investigation.
Analysis of Occurrence:
During the test, on the reactor building ventilation isolation signal.
the "A" SBGTS fan started autenatically.
In addition,'the "B"
fan operated satisfactorily manually.
Safety implications are, therefore.
minimal.

Corrective Action:
Corrective maintenance vill be performed subsequent to identifying the problem.
Failure Data:
A previous failure of this type was reported as AO Su-277-7L-50.
