Carolina Power & Light Company herewith transmits 80 copies of the report entitled " Steam Pipe Break".
This report describes the incident and the results of our investigation of the rupture of a main steam safety valve connecting pipe at II. B. Robinson Unit No. 2.
On June 5,1970, we forwarded to the Co=21 scion a report entitled
" Tendon Analysis Report".
We are enclosing 80 copics of a revised Pap,e 9 to this report.
