NOTICE OF TAKING OF DEPOSITION TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD, TO DEPONENT MORRIS REICH, AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
section 2.740a, on Wednesday, September 14, 1983, at 1:30 p.m.,
counsel for Governor George Deukmejian will take the deposition of Morris Reich of Brookhaven National Laboratories.
The deposition will take place at the offices of Brookhaven National Laboratories, BNL Building 129, Meeting Room, Upton, New York, upon oral examination before a duly certified notary public whose name and address will be determined and communicated at a later time.
The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
The deponent will be examined regarding matters concerning the licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
