PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
section 2.740a, on Tuesday, September 27, 1983, at 1:30 p.m.,
counsel for Governor George Deukmejian will take the deposition of E.
Denison of R.
L. Cloud Associates.
The deposition will take place at the Office of the Attorney General, 6th Floor Library Conference Room, 350 McAllister Street, San Francisco, California 94102, upon oral examination before a duly certified notary public whose name and address will be determined and communicated at a later time.
The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
The deponent will be examined regarding matters concerning the licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
