NOTICE OF TAKING OF DEPOSITION TO THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD, TO DEPONENT ROGER REEDY, AND TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNSEL:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
Section 2.740a, on Wednesday, September 28, 1983, at 9:00 a.m., counsel for Governor George Deukmejian will take the deposition of Roger Reedy of R.
F. Reed y, Incorporated.
The deposition will take place at the Of fice of the Attorney General, 6th Floor Library Conference Room, 350 McAllister Street, San Francisco, California 94102, upon oral examination before a duly certified notary public whose name and address will be determined and communicated at a later time.
The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
