Thank you for your two letters dated October 29, 1973, and your letter dated October 15, 1973, which forwarded reports pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55(e) regarding a potential design deficiency in concrete mixes of the Sequoyah Nucicar Plant Units 1 and 2; inverted control rod tubes at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Units 2 and 3; and deficiencies in the drywell cooling systems at Browns Ferry Nucicar Plant Units 1, 2 and 3.

Your reports will be reviewed and evaluated and, should we require additional information concerning this matter, we will contact you. We are looking forward to receipt of your additional reports regarding the potential design deficiency in concrete mixes at the Sequoyah plant.
