20545 H. B. ROBINSON UNIT No. 2 LICENSE DPR-23 FAILURE TO PERFORM A SURVEILLANCE TEST ON Tile AUXILIARY FEEDWATER SYSTEM
Dear Mr. Block:
During a rotitine audit of the completed periodic tests, it was noted that Periodic Test No. 22 (Technical Specification Section 4.8.1 to 4.8.3), involving the Auxiliary Feedwater Systeri, had not been performed as, scheduled on April 18, 1972. This test was successfully performed on May 2, 1972 which was six days over the 25% adjustment time as stated in Technical Specifications, Section 4.0.
In an effort to prevent a re-occurrence of this violation, the periodic test status board will be monitored raore closely and the duty shift foreman will cross-check the periodic tests to be performed on his shif t against a master list which designates specific duc dates for each periodic test.
This is reported in accordance with Technical Specification 6.6.3.d.
The Company Nuclear Safety Committee will investigate this violation in accordance with Section 6.1.4.2.g.5.
