from position 00 to..48-for control rod drive.m Intenance.
A simulated full in-signal was inserted to. alicw: another rod to be-withdrawn for control rod drive maintenance.
At. 8:3i a.m. on nay 3,1975, rod J-15 was withdrawn from post tion.

while. attempting to withdraw J-IS for a coupling check.

Rod J-13 was th:n Inserted, and the coupiing check on J-15 was successfully co@leted.
A procedural review is being conducted to-determine the actions necessary to. pre-vant similar future occurrences.
