Da li:.y 23, 1975, with Unit hio at 712 lb'e, a vald leak was discovered in the Uni t Two cleanup heat exchanger room on ti.e cleanup raturo line 2-1205-4"A. The discover'f of this look was tha result c7 a search to determine the cause for increased activi ty on the Uni t Two reactor building vent systeia ai r oni tor. Tne leak was on a test tap located between the 2-1201-80 and the 2-1201-$2 valve . Ca tby 2i, 19/5 c. plut; was valdnd in place at tha test tcp to stop tha source of the leak. This occurrence was discussed by telephene with lir.
