Tha purpose of this letter is to provide you with-notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Speci fication 6.6.8.1.a within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.
On May 16, with-Unit Two operating at 717 tWe, a " Reactor Vessel Low Pressure" alcrm was received.
Electricians checked the e clays and found the relay for Ps-2-263-52A closed.
An instmment mechanic was called in to check the s.<!tch-and found it had been left valved out from the previous survelilance testing.
It was valved back in and the alarm cleared.
