SUBJECT:

Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Docket No. 50-410 The final report in accordance with 10CFR50.55(e) concerning radiation source term data supplied by General Electric, dated March 31, 1983, contained the following corrective actions:

1. The revised integrated radiation doses for equipment qualification will be incorporated into the appropriate specifications unless the values in a specification are more conservative.
2. The accident analyses results in the Final Safety Analysis Report and Environmental Report will be revised.

These corrective actions will be completed by December 31, 1984, rather than April 30, 1984, as previously committed.

This extension was granted in a telephone conversation between Mr. W. Lazerus, of your staff, and Mr. T. R. Loomis (Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Licensing) on April 23, 1984.
