On July 19, 1974, with Unit One in a hot shutdown condition following a low power scram, surveillance test number ten was being performed on LIS-1-263-58A.
The setpoint was found to be 72 inches Of which corresponds to zero reactor water level. The Technical Specification limiting condition of operation is 2.6 inches reactor water level. The switch was recalibrated and functionally tested in ac-cordance with surveillance test ten.
