the lef t hand switch of PS-1-263-528, tripped at 355 psig decreasing, thus violating Technical Specifications 3.2.B and Table 3.2.2.
The instrument was inspected and no visible defects were found. The switch was re-calibrated to trip within the acceptable range.
This occurrence was dis ~ cussed by telephone with Mr. Feierabend of your office on July 23, 1974. Further information will be provided by Abnormal Occurrence Report A0 50-254/74-25 which will be submitted within 10 days of the date of
