APPLICATIOT FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Pegulatory Ccxtmission (the "Camission"), Duquesne Light Capany ("DIC"),
holder of Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license be amended to revise Figure 6.2-1, Offsite Organization to reflect the interim reorganization of the Nuclear Group.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A to this Application.
A safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
Based on the guidance provided by the Cmmission and exanples of changes not likely to involve a significant hazards consideration, published in the Federal Register (48 FR 14864), we have determined that the proposed change falls within the Cmmissions example:
(i) A purely administrative change to technical specifications.
Therefore, in accordance with 10CER50.92, we have detentdned tids proposed change is not likely to involve a significant hazards consideration.
WIIEREEDRE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Operating Li nse No. DPR-66 be amended in the fonn attached hereto as Attachment A.
