(1) Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of our Application for Anendment to operating License DPR-66 to revise Figure 6.2-1, Offsite Organization to reflect the interim reorganization of the.
Nuclear Group. When revisions to titles, positions, and areas of responsibility are determined, revisions to this Change Request will be subnitted so that you will be informed of the reorgmization progress.
Until such time as this technical specification Arendment is approved, Q.lality Control will continue to report to the General Manager, Nuclear Services and Quality Assurance will continue to report to the Vice President, Nuclear Construction.
(2) Forty (40) copies of docunents designated Attachments A and B wilich set forth the change in Technical Specifications and its safety evaluation:
