submits Amendment 3 to the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station D Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This amendment reflects recent organizational changes as well as changes submitted in Amendment 10 to the Virgil C.
Sumner Nuclear Station Physical Security Plan.
It should be noted that page format has been changed in this Revision.
Therefore, while the entire Plan has not been amended, all pages are being replaced to ensure uniformity.
It is requested that this material be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2, section 2.790 (d).
