On 10/14/74 at 1230 the stack gas sample pump was replaced, with i

of a reactor startup.

- At,0629-on 10/15/74 further investigation of the -stack gas aan-pie system was conducted. Sagle air flow indication was normal, however, there was no indication of vacuum at the filter and the pump oil. level was low. %e pump was refilled with oil and an indication of vacuan at the filter was olisarved although air flow could not be regulated and pump 611 level decreased rapidly. On the basis of these observations the stack gas s'asple system was considered to be.f.inopera-tive and at 0630 the reactor' was isolated,).
