Significant Deficiency No. 413-414/84-02, concerning " Unconsidered Effects of Superheated Steam from Steam Generator for Main Steamline Break Analysis,"
was discussed at a meeting held on March 19,1984 at NRC offices in Bethesda, l
Maryland with Duke Power Company, Westinghouse, and the NRC staff. We provided a written follow-up of the presentations given at this meeting, a copy of which was sent to you on March 28,1984. This item will continue to be followed as Confirmatory Item 12 as discussed in the Catawba Safety Evaluation Report.
