i BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - BABCOCK & WILCOX'S NONCONSERVATIVE ANALYSIS OF NEUTRON FLUX - NCR BLN NEB 8007 - ELEVENTH INTERIM REPORT On November 5,1980, R. W. Wright, NRC-0IE Region II, was informed that the subject nonconformance was determined to be reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our interim reports dated December 3,1980, March 30 and September 21, 1981, February 22, April 27, August 10, and November 16,1982, May 23 and October 20, 1983 and l
January 6, 1984. Below is our eleventh interim report. We consider 10 CFR l
'.Part 21 to be applicable to this deficiency. We expect to submit our next report by June 5,1984.
l B&W's 'msponse to the subject deficiency has indicated that no changes to plant hardware or setpoints_ are necessary. However, initial condition Aormal operating limits on rod position and axial offset were revised to produce acceptable results in' the transient analyses. TVA has reviewed and g-acoeoted the results of the B&W analysis. We are currently mquesting the l
root cause of this nonconformance and the associated action to prevent
