- 19. f!.CJ,LJ J,Y,,0ff 3,AJJ !!p,,LJ,Cf!!,SJ, !!pf, _D P R-16 GPU NL' CLEAR C00PORAT10N AND Sff.S.E},f,EllJ3A[,[Hj((Q@,ODhPANY OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-219 The U.S. fluclear Regulatory Comission (Comission) has issued Amendment No. 155to Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 issued to GPU Nuclear Corpo-atior (the. licensee), which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station located in Oce:n County, New Jersey. The amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications, Table 4.15.2, Items 2.a. and 3.a. regarding the channel functional test requirements for the Main Stack and Turbine Building _ Vent Padioactive Gaseous Effleent Monitoring Systems.
The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and' regulations, The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter 1,-which are set-forth'in the license amendment.-

Hearing in_ connection with_this action was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on May 20, 1991 (56 FR 23092).
No request for a hearing or petition-for leave to intervene was filed following this notice.
