Box 570, Newark, NJ 07101 Robert L Mitti General Manager Nuclear Assurance and Rego!ation December 12, 1983 Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission 7920 Norfolk Avenue Bethesda, MD 20014 Attention: Mr. Albert Schwencer, Chief Licensing Branch 2 Division of Licensing Gentlemen:

HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT, AMENDMENT 3 ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT-OPERATING LICENSE STAGE, AMENDMENT 2 CERTIFICATION OF DISTRIBUTION Attachment 1 is an affidavit certifying that distribution of Amendment 3 to the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS)

Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and Amendment 2 to the HCGS Environmental Report-Operating License Stage (ER-OL) has been made in accordance with 10 CFR 2.101 and the en-closure to the NRC letter dated October 13, 1983, from A. Schwencer to R. L. Mittl, PSE&G.

In the PSE&G letter dated November 1, 1983, from R. L. Mittl to A. Schwencer: NRC, we updated the enclosure to the October 13, 1983, NRC letter to reflect the current assigned recipients for the HCGS ER-OL. Attachment 2 is an update of the enclosure to the October 13, 1983, NRC letter to iden-tify the current assigned recipients for the HCGS FSAR. We did not issue HCGS FSAR Amendment 3 to the Attorney General of the State of Pennsylvania because on the attached Ac-knowledgement of Receipt form for HCGS FSAR Amendment 2, he informed us he is not involved with the HCGS licensing case and requested no further amendments be issued to him.
