Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
j South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and submits as agent for the Scuth Carolina Public Service Authority, six (6) copies of Amendment 10 to the Physical Security Plan under the provision of 10CFR50.54(p).
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Amendment 10 updates the Plan to reflect recent organizational changes as well as miscellaneous clarifications and changes in several areas.
The attachment contains information which should be withheld f rom public disclosure as provided by 10CFR2.790.
