Please note that this' Technical' Specification amendment request is required' for the startup of McGuire Unit 1 Cycle 8,
which is scheduled-for-early. December, 1991. If there are any concerns identified'during the review please notify us-as soon as possible, s'o that-we may assist-in resolving them in a timely manner.
