Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Licensee Event Report 83-17 Follow-up Report The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the follow-up report to our preliminary report dated August 26, 1983 will not be forwarded to you within the 14 day period as required by Technical Specification section 6.9.2.a.
As discussed with the NRC resident inspector, on September 13, 1983, further investigation as to the Diesel Generator fast start surveillance technique and logic is necessary.
